Our story starts with Phillip’s background growing up around a family farm in North Dakota. From an early age, he became comfortable operating tractors, heavy equipment, and machinery while developing an appreciation for land management and property improvement. After spending years in tech sales and property preservation management, Phillip saw an opportunity to combine his professional experience with his passion for working outdoors and operating equipment.
As Central Texas continued to grow, many property owners struggled to find responsive providers willing to handle land clearing, site preparation, grading, and property improvement projects. Phillip recognized the demand for practical solutions and created Cut It Out Land Management to help property owners reclaim, improve, and prepare their land for future use.
